Surgery Section Organization The Surgery section is the largest section in CPT and its subsections are organized anatomically. Integumentary System Integumentary procedures include incision, biopsy removal, paring/curettement, shaving, destruction, excision, repair, adjacent tissue rearrangements, grafts, flaps, and specialized services.
